Here at NRC Recruitment, we are recruiting for a 'Hotel Operations Manager' on behalf of our client based just outside of Dorking. The role of Hotel Operations Manager is to oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the hotel ensuring that each department works in alignment to provide consistent and exceptional service delivery to guests. We are confident that the role of Hotel Operations Manager will provide the right candidate with a real opportunity to progress their hospitality management career.

The property has a busy banqueting operation so experience of this a must for this role

You will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

* Ensure the hotel has the right people, in the right place at the right time by effectively recruiting, developing and training.

* Constant monitoring of service standards and enhancing systems to support this

* Responsible for the security of the hotel across all departments

* Conduct regular health and safe checks

* Have strong financial knowledge to be be able to create profit and loss accounts and budgets alongside the General Manager

* Deliver and maintain the exceptional levels of customer service

* Establish strong and professional relationships with guests

* Operationally support all departments as needed
