TARPORLEY, CHESHIRE

UP TO £40,000 + BENEFITS

We are exclusively recruiting for as prestigious venue who has seen a significant upturn in business since the reopening with a full schedule of events running at the Venue all the way into 2022/2023.

Due to demand, they're now seeking to enhance their team and recruit an experienced Hotel Operations Manager. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced professional who is keen to join a business that has a track record in creating a real wow factor for their guests.

THE HOTEL OPERATIONS MANAGER ROLE OVERVIEW

As the Hotel Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day coordination business at the hotel
Responsible for overseeing F&B, Housekeeping, Reception, Porters, Night Team, HR & Training, H&S and maintenance
Overall presentation of all areas of the hotel, both externally and internally so that a good impression is created to guests and visitors
Ensuring all departments are open and ready for service at the appropriate times and that all staff are fully prepared for the forecasted business standards.
Remedy any problems, queries or complaints which may arise
Represent the hotel at industry event's, meetings and networking opportunities.
Achieving of the hotel sales budget, operating costs and hotel operating profit target
Oversee stocktaking procedures in line with company policy. Review results and submit a course of corrective actions for any results not in line with agreed budgets.
Be aware of the monthly forecast of Sales and to ensure that hotel expenditure is in line.
Responsible for managing, motivating, training, recruiting, and liaising with HR on matters as required
Holding 121's and interdepartmental meetings to ensure smooth running of the hotel THE PERSON:

Previous Operations Manager / Hotel Manager experience in a 4-star hotel
A strong Food & Beverage background
Experience in a rosetted property would be advantageous
Excellent people management skills
Ability to ensure that high standards are delivered across the businessTO APPLY:
