Are you an experienced manager looking for a new opportunity to grow and develop both professionally and personally? My client is a Hotel and Country club that is looking for a new enthusiastic and attentive Sales Manager to join their hotel team to lead their team in providing exceptional customer service and achieving targets for hotel sales.

The main responsibilities of the Hotel Sales Manager:
· Responsibility of the Room Sales of the hotel, both Corporate and Travel Agent sales.]
· Have a concise understanding of all business strategies, setting goals and following action plans.
· Conducting daily sales calls, following up with site inspections by clients.
· Always providing exceptional customer service.
· Work side by side with all departments of the hotel, ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel.
· Representing the hotel in various networking events and conferences.

The ideal Hotel Sales Manager will be:
· Experienced in a Managerial role, ideally in a Conference and Events environment.
· Experience in leading and nurturing a team, bringing the best out of the team.
· Well-organised, attentive, determined and personable.
· Excellent planning skills in planning and delivering high end events for the hotel.

Job-type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: 40hours per week, Mon-Fri (predominantly)
