Hotel Services Manager


Up to £48,000 PA DOE

Bright Selection is delighted to represent a high end, luxury nursing home in their appointment of a Hotel Services Manager.

The role will be based in an established luxury care home, offering the highest standards of care and hospitality to the private fee paying market.

Hotel Services Manager responsibilities include:

Delivering outstanding customer service whilst leading the catering, housekeeping, laundry and activity teams and services.
Management of outstanding hotel services for all residents
Recruitment and development of Hotel Service team
Leadership of the Well-being team
Lead on external and internal events within the home delivering outstanding event management
Ensure high level fine dining experience and menu development
Management of Heads of Department to ensure excellent levels of housekeeping
Participate and contribute to business reviews and quality audits ensuring continuous improvement


Previous managerial experience in a hospitality environment
Proven track record in a customer care environment
Good understanding of housekeeping and general maintenance duties.
Previous knowledge of the management of a kitchen
Experience in dealing with finance, budgets and targets
Proven track record of leading, empowering and supporting a team
Good communication skills (written, verbal, non-verbal)
Strong leadership skills


Salary offered up to £48,000 per annum DOE
