**Position Overview:**
As the Live-In Hotel Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day hotel operations and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere This unique role requires a professional with 1-2 years of hotel management experience.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Operational Leadership:** Manage all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services.
2. **Culinary Expertise:** Prepare and serve the signature English fry up, ensuring high-quality ingredients, and maintaining the authenticity of the dish.
3. **Guest Services:** Ensure memorable guest experiences by providing excellent service and addressing any guest concerns promptly.
4. **Team Management:** Lead and motivate the hotel team, fostering a positive work environment and providing guidance for professional development.
5. **Financial Management:** Monitor expenses, adhere to budgets, and contribute to revenue generation for optimal profitability.
6. **Quality Assurance:** Implement and uphold quality assurance measures to maintain the hotel's high standards.
**Requirements:**
1. Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in hotel management.
2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
3. Culinary skills with the ability to prepare an authentic English fry up.
4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Exceptional customer service orientation.
