Description

Night Porter / Auditor required for our client, a hotel, located in the East Grinsted area. Live in is available with this role. If you live in the local area transport will be required.
As Night Porter / Auditor you will be on duty from 11pm until 7.30am, 5 nights per week on a rota.
The Night Porter / Auditor will have responsibility for the safety and security of the hotel, colleagues and hotel guests during your shift. This is a responsible role requiring someone with excellent customer service, communication and organisation skills to deliver a service throughout the night in a friendly and professional manner.
Your role will involve ensuring the effective running of the hotel during the night time hours achieving consistently high standards of service and security and maximum guest satisfaction.
For this opportunity of NIGHT PORTER / Auditor, ideally you will have had previous night’s experience or similar hotel reception experience, however training can be provided. You will provide services such as property security walks, guest check in and check out, porterage if required, ensuring public areas are clean, some food and beverage service out of normal service hours.
The salary for the role of Night Porter / Auditor is given as £23,,000 / per annum / plus a share of the service charge iro £1,440 / per annum / Other company benefits available / Live in available with this role. Transport is required if you live in the local area.
