Our client is recruiting for a passionate Restaurant Manager to join their Management Team at their Luxury 4 Star Boutique Hotel on the outskirts of Kidderminster

They are looking for an ambitious Restaurant Manager who is passionate about hospitality, drive the quality of standards and set an example for the rest of the team.

The Role:

You must have previous experience working in a high-level establishment as you will be responsible for the effective management, control and administration of the Restaurant and Bar as well as the lounge and outdoor seating areas.

·Managing the Restaurant & Bar Team to ensure high quality guest experience

·Focused coaching, training and leadership

·Managing staff rotas, costings and control

·Duty Manager shifts

·Effectively responding to guest queries, issues and complaints in a professional manner

·Attention to detail is key

·Maintaining a safe and compliant department

Your Experience:

·2+ Yrs of previous experience working in a supervisory or manager role in a hotel or restaurant.

·Proven track record of working in a Fine Dining / Rosette Standard Restaurant.

·Strong communication skills

·A positive and friendly attitude with a willingness to learn

·Good team player

·Personal License holder would be advantageous
